The short version

Your files stay yours. We carry them; we do not open them.
Nothing you send is read, mined, or used to train anything.
Every link dies on schedule — the life the sender chose, at most 7 days. Then the files are deleted.
One record is kept, and it belongs to the sender: which file was downloaded, and when.

1. Who we are

These services are operated by Muthari Private Limited ("Muthari", "we"). By using any of them you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy · Security.

2. Muthari Transfer — acceptable use

Muthari Transfer is a free service for sending business files. You must not use it to store, send or distribute:

content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or in the recipient's;
material that infringes copyright, trademarks or other intellectual-property rights;
malware, or content intended to harm systems or deceive people;
content that is defamatory, threatening, or that violates another person's privacy;
spam, or bulk unsolicited distribution of any kind.

We may remove any transfer and block any sender at our discretion, without notice, and may report unlawful content to the authorities where the law requires it.

3. How transfers work

Sender email addresses are verified before a link can be created; a record of each download (time, file) is kept and shown on the transfer.
Transfer links expire after the life the sender chose — at most 7 days — after which the files are permanently deleted from our systems.
Service limits (file size, files per transfer, transfers per day) apply and may change without notice.
Anyone who obtains an unexpired link can download the files — share links only with the people you intend.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you upload and send: for having the rights to it, for its accuracy and legality, for choosing whom you share links and passwords with, and for keeping your own copies. Muthari is a carrier of your files, not a party to their content.

5. Muthari OS

Use of Muthari OS is additionally governed by the subscription agreement between Muthari Private Limited and the subscribing company. That agreement prevails over these terms where they differ.

6. No warranty

The free services are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee availability, delivery, or preservation of any transfer. Keep your own copies of anything you send.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Muthari Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the free services, and its total liability in connection with them is limited to the amount you paid for them — which, for free services, is zero.

8. Third-party software

The PDF Binder is built on open-source PDF engines — PDF.js (© Mozilla Foundation, Apache License 2.0) and pdf-lib (MIT License). Their license notices are carried inside the library files served with the tool, exactly as those licenses require, and reproduced in plain text at muthari.com/binder/LICENSES.txt. These libraries belong to their authors; the Muthari products built on them belong to Muthari Private Limited.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kochi, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction. For Muthari OS subscribers, the subscription agreement between Muthari Private Limited (CIN U62099KL2026PTC105148) and the subscribing company prevails where it differs, including any different governing law agreed there.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above changes when we do. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
