Muthari OS keeps the shop drawing and submittal register for contractors who fabricate what they install. Every drawing and material submittal is a revision family: a new revision is appended, the old one is flagged superseded and never overwritten, and each entry carries who submitted it, when, and how long the consultant has taken to answer. The register is not a log kept beside the work — it is a gate on it. Take-off cannot start until the material submittal is approved, production cannot start a zone until its drawing is released, and when a drawing is revised mid-fabrication the floor stops and every stage already stamped says which revision it was built to.
Drawings, material submittals, samples and method statements in one register, each with a server-minted number that is kept across revisions. Revising requires the new file; the previous revision is flagged, never deleted. Actor, role and time sit on every entry.
Each submittal shows how long it has waited for the consultant’s answer and carries the comments it came back with. The submittal fight is on the record, not twenty scrolls up an email thread.
What counts as approved is set per document type by your company; the gates then hold. No take-off without an approved material submittal — a verbal go-ahead can be recorded as a fact, but not hidden. No factory entry without a released production drawing.
Every production stage stamp records the drawing revision it was performed to. When a drawing is revised, further floor moves on the superseded revision are refused and the production holders are notified. The zone card shows drawing number, revision, status and owner in one place.
Per-zone material take-off where every line must resolve to an item in your stock catalogue. Submitting it raises the purchase request automatically, and the item identity travels to the order and the goods receipt without being re-typed.
The approved take-off becomes a purchase request in Procurement, and the released drawing opens the gate in Production. Muthari OS is built by contractors in the trade.
